Change Rooms

We offer our guests combination safe locks in change rooms.
According to the seasons in the cabinets;  bathrobe, head towel (winter)

Bath and head towel (summer)

• Also there is towel service for guests to use during fitness and studio sessions.

Turkish Bath

At the entrance of Turkish bath, special thin towels for hamam and thyme soap service is available.

Table Tennis

Table tennis rackets and ball can be delivered from Fitness registration office.

Valuable Belongings

For valuable belongings the use of free safe box at SPA Reception & public area is suggested.

Directions for Use

Due to the health and hygiene regulations obeying the directions of use is obligatory.

Service Hours

Fitness and public areas /  06:00-23:00

* The thermal pool closes at 21:00 on Thursdays and Sundays due to maintenance. It opens at 10:00 on Friday and Monday.

Skin & body care and massage /  09:00-21:00

Outdoor swimming pool /  08:00-20:00**

** Summer season - Outdoor pool service hours may be changed due to the poolside organizations.

Age Limitation

The age limit for the use of SPA areas is 16 for our guests staying in our hotel. For our guests who do not stay in our hotel, it is 18. Any guest under mentioned ages must be accompanied by parents always. Use of the sauna and steam room is not suitable for guests under the age of 18.

Attire

At fitness and aerobic halls sports shoes and sports clothes are used.

Slippers are used at all public areas. At sauna, steam rooms and Turkish bath swimsuits are used.

For beauty care or massage treatments the guests may prefer swimsuits or disposable underwear offered.

It is forbidden for children to use our adult pools (indoor and outdoor) with diapers due to hygiene reasons.

Reservation

Reservation is required for the beauty & care treatments and massage (available between 09:00-21:00 hrs.)

The demands to change the reservation must be made at least 2 hrs. before the treatment.

Contrary the 30 % of the price will be charged.

The room number is also required for the guests accommodating at hotel.

In case of delay, the therapist shortens the treatment according to the reservation.

Payment

All credit cards are being accepted.

The beauty treatments and massage expenses of the guests accommodating at hotel may be added to the room account.

Pregnancy and Special Health Problems

There are many beauty treatments and massage alternatives that you may enjoy during your pregnancy.

Please inform the SPA reception about your special situation to have detailed information.
